Under the Influence: Saul Bass

Graphic designer and filmaker best known for his animated credit sequences for such directors as Alfred Hitchcock and Otto Preminger, Bass worked from 1954-1995 creating these unique pieces.  The look he stablished with his posters and title sequences is so iconic that filmmakers today are still imitating his style.
